This policy explains how personal data is processed when you use this website, in line with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

2. Hosting & server logs
This site is hosted by Hostinger. When you visit, the server automatically records technical data (IP address, date/time, requested page, browser/OS, referrer) in server log files. This is necessary for secure and stable operation. Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest). Logs are kept only as long as needed for security and then deleted.
3. Orders & payment
To process a purchase we collect your email address and the consent you give at checkout (acceptance of terms, the immediate-delivery waiver, plus the timestamp and IP address of that consent). Payment is handled by Stripe Payments Europe, Ltd. (1 Grand Canal Street Lower, Dublin, Ireland). We do not receive or store your card details. Stripe may transfer data to the USA; such transfers are safeguarded by the EU–US Data Privacy Framework and the EU standard contractual clauses. Stripe's privacy policy: stripe.com/privacy. Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR (performance of contract).
4. Delivery emails
After payment we send your download link and order confirmation to the email address you provided, via our own mail server (SMTP at Hostinger). Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR.
5. Storage period
Order and invoice data is retained for up to 10 years to meet German commercial and tax retention obligations (Art. 6(1)(c) GDPR). Download links and their tokens expire after 72 hours.
6. Cookies & consent
By default we set only cookies that are strictly necessary to run the site (e.g. your session/cart and a security token). These require no consent (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR / § 25(2) TDDDG). Any optional service (analytics, embeds) is loaded only after you opt in via the cookie banner; you can change your choice at any time.
7. Fonts
Fonts are hosted locally on our own server. No data is sent to Google Fonts or any third-party font CDN.
8. Your rights
You have the right to access, rectification, erasure, restriction, data portability, and to object to processing. To exercise these, contact the controller above.
9. Right to lodge a complaint
