Our products are digital files delivered instantly. Because of this, the following applies:
- At checkout you expressly request immediate delivery and confirm that your statutory 14-day right of withdrawal ends once the download is made available (§ 356 (5) BGB). After that point, purchases are generally non-refundable.
- If you have not yet downloaded the files, you may still withdraw within 14 days for a full refund — just contact us.
- If a file is faulty, incomplete, or the download does not work, contact us and we will fix it or, if we cannot, refund you in full.
- Duplicate or accidental purchases are refunded on request.
