1. Scope & contracting party
These terms govern all purchases of digital products from this website. Your contracting party is Jacoub Amcho, Sonnenleite 26, 44892 Bochum, Germany ("we", "us"). The offer is directed at consumers and businesses.
2. Products
We sell digital goods only: Lightroom presets (.xmp / .dng) and LUTs (.cube), delivered as downloadable files. Product descriptions on the respective pages are part of the offer.
3. Conclusion of contract
By clicking "Order with obligation to pay" and completing payment via Stripe, you make a binding offer to purchase. The contract is concluded when we confirm the order by email and provide the download. The contract text (your order) is stored by us and the key details are sent to you by email.
4. Prices & payment
All prices are final prices in Euro. In accordance with § 19 UStG (German small-business rule), no VAT is charged. Payment is processed by Stripe; the available payment methods are shown during checkout.
5. Delivery
Delivery is digital. After successful payment you receive a download link on the confirmation page and by email. For security the link expires after 72 hours and can be used up to 5 times.
6. Licence
Upon full payment you receive a non-exclusive, worldwide, perpetual licence to use the purchased presets and LUTs on your own photos and videos — for private and commercial purposes. You may not resell, sub-license, share, give away, publish or otherwise distribute the files themselves, in original or modified form. The intellectual property in the files remains with us.
7. Right of withdrawal
Information on your right of withdrawal, including the fact that it expires early for digital content once delivery begins with your consent, is set out on our Right of Withdrawal page.
8. Warranty
Statutory warranty rights apply. If a file is defective or cannot be downloaded, contact us and we will remedy it (e.g. by providing a working file or a new link).
9. Liability
We are liable without limitation for intent and gross negligence and under the Product Liability Act. For slight negligence we are liable only for breach of a material contractual obligation, limited to foreseeable, contract-typical damage. Editing results depend on your source material and settings; no specific result is warranted.
10. Applicable law
German law applies, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods. Mandatory consumer-protection provisions of your country of residence remain unaffected.
